I can't even begin to express my amazement and gratitude for the donations that have come my way in the past 3 weeks. My Show Me Some Love in February was a success. Even though I didn't come close to hearing from all 50 states, I surpasses my goal of $500 by $140!! I'm more than a quarter of the way towards the overall commitment of raising $2,300. I am planning a Memorial Day triathlon with our swim team here in Cedar Rapids as a major fundraiser for the 3-Day. It's the second year for the event and our club president was nice enough to agree to let me use it for a 3Day fundraiser this year. Lots to do, but things are coming together already. And it's over 30 freakin' degrees today, so training is just around the corner. Yay!
