And I just want to say that I was THERE for his original "Is it in you" talk. I remember thinking I would craftily steal it for my own future talk. But now it's in print on the interwebs...sigh.
His stand up bit had absolutely nothing to do with his talk, in which he tied up offering/conviction/conversion into one neat tidy little (not so short though) package.
