The girls' Christmas piano recital was yesterday. They each have their own style - Taylor plays with a lot of feeling and Lydia is all business, no time for bows and all that silly nonsense.
WOWZA! That's awesome! Tay, I'm very impressed with your correct fingering (yes, I can see it:) and style (I mean that technically). With the sustained notes in that piece it would have been easy to rush it and screw up the timing, but you kicked it pro-style. Another year and you're going to be outplaying me! Girlfriend, you're awesome. Lydia you're doing so great as well. I thought the tempo of your performance was spot on and I dig your all-business style. Your back was ramrod straight, as well. Every pianist should sit that straight! Good job, girls. You're both doing beautifully!!!
