Jerry wanted to cut Owen's hair, some sort of male-bonding thing, I guess. I helped for the first 30 minutes until my comments and suggestions were no longer welcomed or tolerated. Then they went into our bathroom for another hour to turn our baby boy into a big boy.
He LOVES to twirl his hair when he drinks, so he's realizing that something is missing. It's a little shorter up top than I want, but it'll grow quickly. He's a Big Boy now.

Oh my gosh....isn't it incredible how it seems like they just GROW UP in a blink of an eye after that first hair cut? Wow. He truly is a big boy now (sniff sniff)
The first haircut is always a little sad for me, too! Where did your baby Owen go?! But he does look rather fantastic. Way to go Jerry on the 2 hour makeover! Hopefully I'll get to see it in person sometime in the next little while!

I'm going to have myself a baby boy for a good long while if a haircut is what it takes to make a big boy. Cannon is still just fuzzy on top - no haircuts here!
At least he's finally decided to walk, though, so he and Owen can chase each other around Grandma and Poppa's house.
