There he is!

The shirts, so cute. My new haircut + humidity, not cute!

Go Jerry! It was so fun to have this great vantage point and see him get on his way out of the first transition.

I personally don't know what the hurry is... a 112 mile bike with killer hills!?!? I'd be taking my good ole time.

Bye-bye Jerry, see you in about 50 miles or so.

Mile 16

Go Jer! Your big sis is mighty proud. What I can't believe, though, is that everyone was apparently so willing to get up-close and personal with a guy who had to be seriously stinky and sweaty. EEEWWWWW!!!
That is so awesome! Literally bringing tears to my eyes! Way to go Jerry!
great pics! And I second the sweaty comment!! You're brave people!!
We were outside and it was breezy, and after what he went through, did it really matter how bad he smelled? I must say that the elevator at our hotel the next morning seemed a little ripe (there were about 30 athletes staying there).
These pictures are great! Congrats Jerry and crew!!! Bob just finished in Iowa City. 7th in his age group and 56th over all (244 participants.) I think he was happy with it. I'm not sure if he's thinking about any ironman, today...maybe by next week! :)
Way to go, Jerry! What an accomplishment!! Thanks for sharing the pics!
Sara, I'd be all over Scott too if he completed that kind of competition. There is no shame in that girl! He worked hard to "earn" that kiss!! (hee hee).
