I guess the holidays are upon us and who has time to blog? We had a great week with all kids and Jerry home, and no one was even sick! Jerry starts off the week by trying to kill himself in the tree (see previous post) and then spent the rest of the week doing various projects. All of which were outside since it was so nice (60s). His brother Scott and his two boys, Zach and Ty, arrived on Thanksgiving Day and stayed for the weekend.
Lydia who is known for her lydisms, frequent random thoughts, and sincere, yet hilarious, prayers retold the story of the first Thanksgiving...
"The Programs came across the water on the Mainflower."
Three years ago we spent Thanksgiving with Anna and Chase and Miles in Utah. Lydia, at just 2 1/2 years old, offered the Thanksgiving prayer that went something like this... We thank you for we to go to Anna and Chases' house, we thank you for pizza, we thank you for turkey lurkey, in Jesus' name, Amen.
I have a few more cousin pics to post but they're still on the camera. Hope you all enjoyed your turkey lurkey!

I am jealous of the festivities. But your children are all adorable. I printed out the picture of the frozen squirrel and displayed it in my classroom. My students enjoyed it very much! They would, because they are mostly sick jerks. But I love you:) And I also love turkey lurkey. Amen Lydia!
I'm SO BUMMED that we missed the holidays with you guys. We miss you a lot. Cameron still thinks we're going to see Gaby soon. SAD! Check out my blog later today and you'll see what's been keeping me from blogging...Too bummed to blog!
Anyway, the turkey lurkey prayer will always be my favorite Thanksgiving memory!
